1. Subscription Plans

Lumori offers Premium subscriptions with the following billing options:

  • Weekly Plan: $2.99/week
  • Monthly Plan: $8.99/month
  • Yearly Plan: $89.99/year (approx. $7.50/month equivalent)

All subscriptions:

  • Automatically renew unless canceled
  • Are billed through third-party payment providers

2. General Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in limited cases outlined below.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical issues that prevent access to Premium features

All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not using the app or features
  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are functioning as intended

5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • Premium access remains active until the end of the billing period
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued

6. Platform-Based Purchases

If you subscribed via:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Then refunds must be requested directly through those platforms and are subject to their policies.

7. Exceptional Cases

In rare circumstances, Lumori may issue refunds at its discretion to maintain fairness and user trust.
