Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Lumori account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Account deletion is handled via email. Follow these steps:
- Send an email to lumori.app@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address linked to your Lumori account so we can identify it.
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.
- You will receive a final confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (username, display name, email address)
- Sleep schedule data and history
- Alarm and lock-mode settings
- App preferences and configuration
- Usage and interaction history
Data Retention After Deletion
- Your data is held for up to 180 days after the deletion request, during which your account can be reactivated if you change your mind.
- After 180 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
- Certain records (e.g. anonymised transaction logs required for legal or financial compliance) may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
